Kathleen has considerable experience in accounting, finance and business administration.  She moved back to Seattle in 2010, having worked the previous ten years in New York City in the fast paced world of real estate and international investment banking.  In her finance positions, she developed extensive experience with Excel, financial spreadsheets and analysis. 

In past positions she worked with $17M budgets and $1B real estate portfolio administration.

Kathleen loves numbers and thoroughly enjoys working as a bookkeeper.

Zak is Kathleen's assistant.  Zak loves to be outside and is very happy when he can convince Kathleen to go outside with him to play. He adds joy & laughter to each day with his funny antics.  He enjoys visitors and is happy to greet clients at the door.  Zak is also a very good mathematician, he's often busy calculating if he can jump from the fence to the roof.

Lindsey has over 17 years' experience as a senior accountant.  She has worked with offices in the United Kingdom and Canada. She is a native of Louisiana and has the best accent of all of us. Lindsey has developed an expertise in working with our property management clients and is adept in property management software and accounting.  She is also skilled in Great Plains, Paylocity and Excel software.
